QNET proposes to provide resources to carry out internal quality audits for your company as follows:
· The audits will be performed and documented in compliance with your internal quality audit policies, procedures, instructions and forms; and in compliance with ISO 9000:2000 or ISO 13485 or GMP or TS 16949 as applied to your company by your registrar or Notified Body.
· Audits can be grouped together into one effort that includes: one opening meeting, one closing meeting and one report. The report is prepared off-site and delivered via mail.
· The audits will be carried out by experienced personnel, who have performed internal quality audits for many registered companies, registration audits for registrars, are fully accredited and are regular speakers on quality auditing at regional and national ASQ Conferences.
· Audit fees are based on the scope of the audits, taking into consideration that an experienced QNET auditor, without the constraints of starting and stopping the audit multiple times, multiple opening and closing meetings, multiple reports etc. can complete the audits in less time than company personnel.
· Initial steps to be taken are: 1) Conference call between your self, your registrar and our consultant; 2) you provide a brief orientation for our consultant and necessary forms and information (contacts, current schedule, etc.); 3) You notify your company's area management scheduled for internal audits that outside resources will be utilized; 4) you issue a purchase order in accordance with the agreed upon project fee, payable upon presentation of invoice.
